  James : transformative space

Greetings All

James said Jun 16, 9:17 AM:

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the welcome Samme. I somewhat burst into the pod last night when I discovered a reference to “The Art of Memory” by Frances Yates. I think it would have been good to have “knocked” first but it is nice to be here with you all.

I don't know much about Kabbalah. I first became interested in esoteric traditions through astrology which I studied for a while and then tarot which I still use. My main practice is Zen Buddhism but I also feel drawn to the Westeren mystical tradition - perhaps it is linked to the landscape, growing up in England. I came by two practical guides to inner alchemy; one by David Goddard involves Kabbalah and I have been using it for a year or so.

I look forward to learning more about Kabbalah and how it relates to other esoteric practices.

Good wishes,

James.

HI James,

I have been a student of Qabalah for 30 years through the mystery school of Builders of the Adytum. I have also been a student of Zen as well! I find a very nice balance between East meets West. Welcome to the group!

Pretty. How do you use it?

Thats one of the interesting things about qbl. It's rather an open system, that can be used in a number of different ways.

TABLET OF LIGHT

how dose one use it ?

well once that was my question.

but more like “how do i work with this ?”……………..

then i discovered this is much like” sitting looking at the rabbit hole and wondering what you can pull out of it !”

then i realised that in TRUTH , there comes a point  that….

if one has a burning desire to really know the truth.
THE TRUTH WILL FIND THEM !
ITS ALL ABOUT SURRENDER MY FRIENDS.

ONE DOSE NOT “USE” THE TABLET OF LIGHT , …………..

THE TABLET OF LIGHT “WORKS”  WITH ONE , …….when one is ready.

coppy it !
frame it !
stare at it !
meditate on it !
put next to ya bed !
or on ya altar !
truly surrender to it !
know it is the way !
know it is a hebrew map of your divinity !
see what happens
