Trouble changing Group icon

http://pods.gaia.com/znetworkmod the private pod for us 3 mods of Gaia Networking pod.

Successfully changed icon yesterday. Trying to change it again, and the edit-description page just keeps adding images in a displayed list, which I have never seen happen before on any pod I moderate, rather than changing. It won't let me delete the current image, nothing happens when I click on “delete,” and it won't let me change it. When I click on change, and then upload a new one, it just appears below in the display of images. So weird.

Maybe it will all fix itself in the daily new-stuff-loading-time, but somehow I am not optimistic, as this is not mere slowness. It is a failure to obey orders !!!!

I'll be back with an update in the morning, or if you feel like checking, you can. The icon ought to be a swirl of colored lights, not a line of red text.

It didn't fix itself overnight, and I tried again to delete the top (current icon) of the four photos displayed in a vertical list, and it won't go away.

I am having the same problem. I want to change the icon on the pod and went into the change group details page and down to the photo - clicked on change and uploaded another photo and clicked save changes at the bottom and nothing. Old photo is still there. Tried innumberable times including delete the first photo and upload another one. I think there is something wrong with this as all of the photo's started accumulating and then I clicked delete on one of them and all disappeared. Then came back to the page and they are all there again! However, still cannot change the icon photo. Also tried this in mozilla foxfire and internet explorer as sometimes there is a formating difference between the two.
