It is having determination over things.  Full responsibility is not fault, it is recognition of being cause.


We all have areas that we are responsible for such as doing our jobs, raising our families, taking care of ourselves, reaching goals and going for more things in life, etc.  I feel the more we learn the more we can take on more responsibility.
