This Group is meant to hold a space for conversations on systems thinking, specifically those revolving around community building, organizational development, and group dynamics.
In a community such as Gaia, it's easy to assume that the purity of the group's motives will guard against the usual problems encountered by insitutions, but there's a danger in this: no group is immune from the issues that arise in group dynamics. My hope is that this space will provide a venue for raising consciousness to a group level, both with respect to Gaia and to the world as a whole.
