Having an educational background in both psychology and medicine, seven years of experience as a health and wellness coach and writer, and having had personal experience as a patient while coping with serious illness, I have learned a great deal about healing and the power and light that reside within each one of us.  Healing comes from a sense of that power within, from community with others, and from the integration of everything that makes us human … mind, body, and spirit.
