Sanskrit is a beautiful langauge. It has been the language of many of the India's great philosophical schools like Sarvastivada, Sautrantika, Pudgalavada, Dharmaguptaka, Vatsiputriya, Madhyamaka, Yogacara, Samkhya, Yoga, Nyaya, Vaisheshika, Purva-Mimamsa, Vedanta and Charvaka. Many philosophical and literary works are found preserved in this language today. The zeal of studying of Sanskrit has recently increased among the Western students and now many of the Universities offer this course. However,if you are not attending it, and you have no any access to learn it, this pod would be a good place to start. All the Best, Assaji |
