That’s Joy’s real essence. And true value. When we selflessly give it to others. It tends to come back multiplied. Deliberate and random acts of kindness. Thoughtful surprises, meaningful gifts. Small gestures. Sharing happy events. Enjoying a special moment. Being there fully for someone. Volunteering and selfless service. Little things. Helping hand. Active listening. Shoulder to cry on. Attitude of gratitude. Enthusiasm and optimism. Inspiration and genuine happiness. Smiles. Hugs. Tantric sex. First & last kisses. Human touch. Comforting words. Presence. Shared silence. I welcome you to something different – a wonderful Joy experience! Even if it is “formally identified as a pod”, I invite you to be part of something unique, creative, fun and transformational – the “Joy SOULutions Interactive Experience”. Let’s co-create an “Oasis of Joy” here at Zaadz and spread the seeds of Joy far beyond. Since as Richard Wagner exclaimed: “Joy is not in things; it is in us.” let’s start by taking Joy, being Joy and sharing it widely, wildly (or quietly) and abundantly.
Even if we all agree that we want more joy and happiness in our lives, we often tend to take it for granted or forget to bring joy to those we love and care about. How about we change that starting with ourselves? How about we rediscover Joy for Joy itself? How about we start fully enjoying each moment, each word, each sound, each touch, each thought, each tear, each smile? How about we bring more joy, kindness and happiness to those around us who need it most? How about we redefine what joy and happiness mean by taking and bringing more of it in each area of our lives? How about we surprise others and ourselves with some random and deliberate acts of kindness that will bring joy and create change unimaginable before?
I know we can do it. I envision the Joy in you as you experience it and share it with others. I invite you not only for a Joy ride, but also for a beautiful and amazing dance of Joy with your body, mind, heart and soul. Let us BE the Joy in action we always are within!
