Adrianus : I am Spirit, You are Spirit, All is Spirit, and All is Well

Excerpt Step 12.

SUPPORT A SUSTAINABLE WORLD

http://www.innerguidancenetwork.org/SpiritsOnymousStep12.htm

The world we live in is an indication of our own vibrational energy. The world mirrors our internal state of harmony. So, what is it mirroring? What does the world say about humanity? What does the world say about you?

If it is up to you–and it is up to you-what would you like to change in the world? …

Now, apply that wish to your own life and become the change you (wish to) see in the world. Focus on yourself; the world will follow. Lasting change only happens one soul at a time, beginning with you.

Curb the tendency to start a war against global warming. Instead, recognize the warning signs, and stay focused on what you want to create: a sustainable world, in which we live in harmony with nature. Let the world become an expression of your own internal balance.

What can you do to increase your internal balance and create a more respectful relationship with the world you live in? What can you do today, tomorrow?

Let the world be an expression of our internal balance.

Take a deep breath and let the text sink in. What does it bring up?

This is an excerpt. Go to The InnerGuidance Network E-campus at http://www.innerguidancenetwork.org/ to read the full text and do the life changing “Reclaiming Spirit” assignments. It just takes a little bit of sustained gentle practice for you to hone your innate powers and transform your world.

The “problems” of the world seem to stem from a focus on ME, my needs, my views, my thoughts!!! I am working on the idea that every one and everything have equal rights, like all the droplets of water in the oceans having equal freedom to move around but also equal chances of hitting the beach.

if I look at the world around me from that perspective how does it change how I am with others? What if we were all part of a flock that needs the support of one another?

A study was conducted in Washington D.C. in 1993 by John Hagelin, PhD., wherein his team brought into the area a large number of people who were trained to meditate. When the group reached 4000 people who were meditating the city experienced a statistically significant drop in crime compared to expected rates based on previous data. They collaborated with local police, the FBI, and 24 leading, independent criminologists and social scientists from major institutions that used highly sophisticated research tools to control the variables. They predicted a 20% drop in crime and they achieved a 25% drop.

There lies a notion that beneath the physical levels of human existence is a unified field of universal consciousness. If we assume that at our core level of being we are connected in a unified field where we are all one, it becomes very easy to understand how we influence one another whether in a positive or negative manner.

Thank you Darci!!! Great example! 4000 meditating people could reduce crime with 25%: 4000 people in a city of about 580,000.  When we do the math this may indicate that if one person focuses her mind and raises her vibrational energy 145 people in her environment will be energetically invited to do the same.

So, imagine if you and I would consistently focus our minds, create internal balance and raise our energy… what an impact we would have in our families and at work. Oh … we are doing that already. Yeah!!!

Let's support each other in being the change we (wish to) see in the world. Let's raise the love in ourselves so it will ooze out.  But how do we do that? How do we stay focused? Thoughts?

So, how do we raise the love in ourselves?  Well, one way that I have been using to help me see people, differently is to view them as spiritual beings rather than as human beings.  When I do this judgement falls to the wayside - the limitations that I might see in someone by looking at them as a human being dissolves when I look at them as a spiritual being.  Perhaps, this is over simplified.  But, I have to say, it works for me.  Just that one shift in my thought process instantly changes my view of someone that I don't know.  I see the common ground … I see the connection we all have with one another easier when I view people without the exterior.  But, I have to make a conscious effort to view people in this way.  It does not come natural for me.

Again, right on cue.

I will only say that up until now my life can be a reflection of the reactive self or it can be an expression of the true self from Love. I am interesting myself in consciously allowing my life to be a reflection of my true self.

I consciously work on undoing my negativities. The more sensitive I get to my own vibrational state the clearer I see how high the stakes are, so to speak. At a certain point to let anything slip by with a “I'll deal with that later”, or “that one doesn't count” becomes impossible. I see the effects my state of mind has on others, + and -, and it's no longer an option for me to let things slide. Yes and somehow it does effect global warming and other world problems.

My daughter is working in a direct way with global warming, by planting thousands of fruit trees with other young people at elementary schools throughout California. They are also educating the children to take an active role in sustainable living. You can checkout the website at http://commonvision.org.
