REACH ENLIGHTENMENT NOW

http://www.innerguidancenetwork.org/SpiritsOnymousStep9.htm

In The ClearView Conspiracy, Moses says, "We must realize that we can reach enlightenment within one single breath ... and that we can lose it within one single breath, as well. Enlightenment is not the status quo. It can't be checked off of our to-do list. Enlightenment refers to a level of consciousness that can be reached every moment of the day, moment-by-moment, right now ... and now ... and now ... and now.

"During every exhalation, you have the choice to live your next breath in a state of spiritual consciousness ... or not. During every moment, you have the choice to embrace your true Self and see Spirit in all living things ... or not. The choice is yours. Between every thought, there is a pause ... a smidgen of space. Step into that void and direct your next thought. What is it going to be? Will your next moment be spent consciously? Enlightenment is merely a breath away. It's a process of choice and created one moment at a time: now...and now...now... now...now."

Mankind is engaged in a never-ending process of renewal. Our purpose is not to accomplish anything of material value, but to partake in an eternal process of Divine rejuvenation. We will never get it done!

The object of our existence is not a distant state of eternal bliss; it is the recognition of eternal bliss in each and every moment.

Recognize eternal perfection in each moment.

Take a deep breath and let the text sink in. What does it bring up?
SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS AND EXPERIENCES!

This is an excerpt. Go to The InnerGuidance Network E-campus at http://www.innerguidancenetwork.org/ to read the full text and do the life changing "Reclaiming Spirit" assignments. It takes a little bit of sustained gentle practice for you to hone your innate powers and transform your world.

Wow, I just reached enlightenment!

Dear friend,

Yesterday, I found myself for hours submerged in heavy emotions. I knew what was going on, yet, it took me many hours to ascent from the "muck."

Our feelings can be very powerful! The vision and the concepts may be clear, but boy the mind has many ways to trip me up and I find myself overcome by drama and self-limiting thinking. What is important though, is that you and I and more and more people around the world become aware and take ownership. We are on a Divine journey. Sure, sometimes we have a bad day, but the journey itself is awesome. If we would step back and look at our lives as Spirit, we would rub our hand and say "Wow, way to go!!!"

So this morning, I meditated, I spoke with my mother in Holland and had breakfast with my mother-in-law. I hear the meditation bell and I know for a fact that I am Spirit and powerful beyond my wildest imagination ... and I know --for a fact-- that you are Spirit and powerful beyond your wildest imagination. Let's go within, raise our vibrational energy and create magnificence, shall we?

With love

...our breaths move in and out...our frequencies occilate up and down..we're not at flat line...between each moment is that choice you speak of sometimes we choose enlightenmentand sometimes we choose the forgetting...maybe to give ourselves the comparison...to *see* the difference...even chooseing density is productive...to choose,we need things to choose between...
...the image of a dolphin jumping in and out of the water as it glides comes to mind...in one moment at one with the ocean ...the next at one with the sky...at other times at rest...

Good Morning, Spirits,

Yesterday, I made a conscious and conscientious choice to bring mindfulness to the forefront in my relationships. I was tested almost immediately. As the mom of 2 young adults, I sometimes struggle with letting go, maintaining spiritual positivity and a hands off policy. My daughter left for the day, and missed the time she agreed to be home. Old me: call cell phone skatey-eight times to browbeat her into acknowledging her irresponsibility. New me: a gentle and cheerful (sounding, at least) message at midnight to wish her a happy 17th birthday. The result: an immediate phone call back with the reasonable explanation that she had attempted to call, but had been in a cell-less zone. Today, she, the parental units, my 19 yr old and his lady went out for an early breakfast to celebrate her birthday. The enlightenment: I can leran to let go of my need to parent young adults as if they are tweens, and communicate my concern without the drama of my "control." I am grateful that enlightenment is a moment by moment proposition, because I can slip down a vibrational notch or two (thousand) and I don't like thinking that I "wiped out" my enlightenment when this happens. It is comforting to see my growth as incremental, and that I commit only for "now," "now" and "now." I am having a wonderful 17th Birth-ing day of my youngest miracle, and am powerfully reminded of the importance of treasuring each moment and drinking in the Spirit essence present in every breath. I am grateful for this Be-ingness.

Hi Will, the beautiful image of the dolphin gracefully and repeatedly jumping out of the water is one of my favorite external manifestations of hidden spiritual reality. I was taught somewhere in science that all life can be broken down to a sine wave. We humans have much to learn from how dolphins live their lives! We must use our free will and choose to act as we were created to act, regardless of whether we're "in the water or out of the water"!

Peace, William

Realizing we can reach enlightenment in one single breath is a beautiful thought. But, putting it into practice is easier said then done. I agree that Enlightenment can't be approached as if it's a 'to do' list item and yet, from my experience that is how many people try to approach it. I am reminded that we live in a digital world that brings with it an added dimension of rapid but thin connection and a world of noise in our everyday lives. People are striving to find ways to filter through the immense amount of information they are exposed to and become immersed in each day. To survive, some people simply airbrush their way through each day. Many are merely surviving through their day rather than being an active participant in it. Lao Tzu described in his teaching that by not allowing the mind to be too active, we will allow natural rationality to be as it is, undisturbed. In other words, if you actively disturb, reorganize or rearrange your mind, you do not find true spirituality. When you attempt to rationalize reality, you move away from the spiritual balance; thus, you lose yourself. The down side to our times is that we are becoming distant from ourselves. When we are distant from ourselves it's hard to put into practice the idea of eternal perfection in each moment. But, how beautiful. How wonderful. And, why not want that level of enlightenment in everyday! I think a place for me to start is to remember there are no throw away people, or throw away species, or throw away countries, or throw away resources ... which means every moment of my life, every decision I make will impact the people and the world around me. That is a very powerful thing to realize. My choices each moment in life affect others ... and it ripples into the eternity. Thank you for this moment of reflection.
