Posting jpegs to a profile page

I am usually pretty good at figuring this sort of thing out, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to post a photo or other image on my profile page. Posting on my blog is simple enough. But how do you do it on your profile page?

I tried the copy and paste  routine in my profile with firefox, but couldn't get it to work. I read somewhere about adding images with html, but when I tried it, my profile tanked and the formatting went all screwy. (I am legally html blind.) I have just spent 15 minutes trying to find directions here somewhere. How 'bout a faq list somewhere for instructions on zaadzing for newbies instead of a pod? Finding my way through the pod interface is time consuming when looking for something like this. It would be quicker and the faq list could link to relative pod entries? Please point me in the right direction and me and my cane will try again. tap tap tap.
