What makes you Happy?

Did you ever get that little feeling inside you that you've done something right??
It makes you feel good about yourself and overall happy?
What gives you this feeling??
It can be general or it can be a personal experience.

Let's see, what makes me feel that way?  After cleaning up a park (or doing your share in helping to clean up a park) I like walking in it forever, and just thinking, then lying in the grass and watching the clouds!

This is my post to a different thread somewhere else but I thought it fit::
I was in Marshall's awhile ago and an old lady was sitting on a bench by the exit, I thought it was peculiar that she was just sitting there. I kept watching her from the corner of my eye. Eventually her husband walked up with a “grandma” teal colored sweater and was helping her try it on.
I thought it was so cute and I guess I kept looking over there because she did look up and saw me looking. I have her a genuine smile and she looked so happy.
I will never forget the goodness I felt inside when I ave her that smile and saw how she looked back at me.
I knew I had made someones day, and who doesn't find joy in that.

A lot of things make me happy…….like the one play that I make to get us out of a tough inning, any play that looks hard (sometimes it is hard) that I make, when I am babysitting my twins and I teach them something that is useful, when I bake something with my twins, When the Yanks win a World Series, When I actually write a good report for school, when I actually get a good grade in school,  when I make something and give it to my friends, when I help an elderly person do something….and the list goes on and on……… ~yank fan~
