Detroit Metro residents come together to get fit, chat and support eachother! It's a volunteer/free program. We will do anything from walking at local parks, malls, volunteer our homes for yoga, aerobics, pilates etc… We will also be developing a nutition/weightloss aspect so that we may all share healthy recipes as well as possibly cook and eat healthy together from time to time. Once you join you can find out what days/evenings we will be meeting. This group will take place on a weekly basis. Family Friendly!!
