This is a semi-private (or semi-public) Group. Anyone can read here, but only Members can post their work or comment on the work.

We recently decided to make this change to support all of the members to feel a focused and safe container to explore their creative writing, particularly since the Diving Deeper 'method' can inspire some very close-to-the-bone work, and also because understanding our guidelines for commenting and giving feedback on work are crucial to the process.
Please please, if you have any inclination to write, don't hesitate to ask to join. Even if you would simply like the chance to try the process out and see if it is for you, let us know. Many members joined thinking they could never write anything, and then… after a while.. became some of our most prolific writers.
So, while we do have 'professional' and published writers in this group, this is a group for anyone who wants to write - the Diving Deeper 'method' is particularly helpful for those who want to write but cannot, or feel they don't have 'the time' or 'the talent'……
I'll repeat two questions from our description (which you might have a read of if you are thinking of joining):
Do you feel you have a story to tell, or simply something 'to say' but don't know how to start, or how to continue?
Are you looking for a deeper connection to your self, or a sense of fulfillment?
If you answer yes to either of these two, please ask to join.
This group is also a place for those who are already writing, who wish to surround themselves with the supportive energy of other people immersed in this process, or to get encouragement or feedback from others.

How to Join:
To join, please click on the icon of any Member titled “Mod”, once you are at their profile, click on Send a Message, and in your message tell them a little about yourself and why you would like to join. You will get a reply email (within the email system here in the Gaia Community site) from that Moderator.
At the moment the moderators are: Sandra, Jim, Leigh-Anne, Ayla, Rudyan, Andrea, Sparrow, Syn
If you do not get a reply within a few days, it just means that the person is off-line or nose deep in some writing, so please email another Moderator!
If you are accepted, you will be sent an email invitation. Click on “accept invitation” and you will be a member of this Group.
(Note: a little 'glitch' in the system is that for a mod to invite you to a semi-private pod, you have to be on their friends list. So, if you are already a friend of a particular mod, choose them to write to. If not, don't worry, the mod you choose to send you request to will add you to their friends list if you are invited to join us).
Can membership be revoked?
Yes. To protect the safe container of Diving Deeper and to encourage a real commitment to the workshop process, if a member does not follow the guidelines of the pod, particularly the On Commenting guidelines, the moderating team reserves the right, at our own discretion, to revoke membership.
Members who haven't visited the pod in six months or more will be removed from the group. You don't need to actually post anything, but visiting at least once every six months or more (i.e. opening a DD page in a browser window) is a requirement for retaining membership. If you are removed for this reason, you can, of course reapply.
