About Us

Joy for children-Uganda (JFC-U) is a local non-Governmental, non-profit making Organisation. It was established in 2004, and attained NGO status in 2006,   registration number S. 5914/6687, under the NGOs Act of 1989 of the Republic of Uganda.  Joy for children-Uganda is dedicated to finding and providing opportunities and hope for children who are victims of poverty, HIV/AIDS, malaria and other man-made and natural calamities in Uganda.  Our core programs include Joy Children's Resource Centre, Advocacy/Anti-child abuse campaign, Health, Hygiene and Sanitation, Food Security, and Child Sponsorship.
